Learn the art of river fly fishing in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales with this fantastic beginner's fishing course. This full day experience includes all your tuition, a private river to work from, as well as refreshments and plenty of gear. This is a great gift for anyone keen to get into fishing.
Chasing wild brown trout and grayling and learning river techniques from traditional upstream dry fly fishing to modern methods such as Czech nymphing. As this experience requires wading in the river, you will be immersed in nature, from the flash of a speeding kingfisher to the unhurried swimming of the rare British water vole, not forgetting the fish of course! The maximum group size on these courses is just 2 anglers which provides an intimate learning experience.

All your tackle, equipment and fishing permit is included. You will need to bring glasses and a peaked or rimmed hat or cap for eye protection. You may need a rod licence. All the information for your day will be provided on booking and you will receive a courtesy call before your day to ensure you are happy with all the arrangements.
