This canoe and overnight wild camp along the River Wye, and Symonds Yat Rapids will help you to improve your canoe. Canoeing on the River Wye is followed by overnight wild camping. Take a canoe trip with a difference!
Our canoe and overnight wild camp which starts with learning to pack the boats with the kit/equipment required for an overnight camp, after a few hrs paddling our canoes along the River Wye, we will arrive at the campsite just below the Symonds Yat view point for the evening, set up camp cook evening meal over an open fire make bread before enjoying an evening around the campfire and then bed either directly under the stars or under canvas. Next morning after breakfast and striking camp we will continue our trip tackling the Symonds Yat Rapids and then a nice gentle paddle to finish in Monmouth. You will receive instruction along the way hel[ping you to improve your skills and to enjoy the Rapids at Symonds Yat while keeping your eyes peeled for the various forms of wild life that has been seen along the banks of the River Wye and also taking in the beautiful scenery that the Wye Valley has to offer. Please wear footwear clothing suitable for weather conditions that you don't mind getting wet preferably not cotton NO DENIMS or WELLINGTONS
