With our half day canoe tours you will learn basic paddling skills and techniques. We also might still have time for some water games before we head back!
This session is great for families, groups and complete beginners and suits everyone of all ages. You will discover for yourself the places of interest, wildlife, history and geology that have helped shape these undeniably special locations.
No experience is necessary.

Meet at 9.30am at Keswick Lake shore. Head to Keswick boat landings, Derwentwater foreshore. Then follow the beach area to the left all the way to the end - this is where we will be! You won’t miss us!
Regarding parking, there is a pay and display car park at theatre by the lake (CA12 5DJ) - from here it is only a 1 minute walk to the boat landings.
Alternatively you might want to find somewhere around the back streets of Keswick, where parking costs nothing, but it can be a bit of a hunt to find a space!
All specialist equipment and instruction is included.
