    I’ve booked an activity - what happens next?

    Great stuff! Now you need to check your email. You will receive a confirmation email with a booking receipt and your voucher for your activity or multiple activity’s all in one email. This contains a voucher reference number and any essential information you need – that’s it! No need to ring anyone, book anything extra or confirm. Just get a brew on and wait for your date with adventure to come around.

    Who provides the activities?

    GO Activities acts as a booking agent for some of the UK’s best suppliers of outdoor activities. We offer small and big companies so that wherever in the UK you live, from the Highlands to the very South of England, and all in between, you can get involved in outdoor activities and adventures.

    Who provides the accommodation?

    Accommodation shown on GO Activities.co.uk is purchased from our friends at LateRooms.com, or it can be provided by an activity provider- perhaps at a youth hostel, camp site or local guest house. Please check the activity details before you book.

    Do I have to pay any extra after the booking?

    All included parts of the tour or activity are included (funny that!) however any extras like parking, tea and scones, and that yard of ale after a long walk are not included -unless specified in the description. Some nice activity providers do include lunch and other extras as standard,  so do check the details before you buy.

    Do I need to buy stuff before I go?

    Maybe. It depends what you are doing. Obviously, a sky dive won’t require your own ropes and parachute, but it’s a good idea to get some waterproof jackets, some overt trousers and decent walking boots.

    Who do I get in touch with if I have any questions regarding my order?

    You can contact us at info@goactivities.co.uk, and we will get in touch within 48 hours. Please include your name, booing reference and activity. For problems on or before the day of your activity, please call 08450 020888 and ask to speak to the GO Activities team. 

    How do I cancel a booking or get a refund?

    Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms of the supplier you book with. Your booking terms and conditions can be seen before your purchase, and on the email you receive after booking, so please review this. If you believe you are able to cancel, please email us at info@goactivities.co.uk so this can be arranged.

    I need to get more information on the activities, where can I get this from?

    You're in luck. We;ve written some guides found on 'Activity Descriptions' on the main site. If you still don't know why ghyll scrambling is for you, then email us at info@goactivities. We will be back with you as soon as possible to tell you why leaping off a rock into cold water is something worth doing!

    I have not received a confirmation email after my booking. What do I do next?

    Check your junk folder in your email as it may have reached there. If there is still no luck, fear not. We have copies of all transactions and can resend you a copy. Please email us at info@gooactivities.co.uk

    I have special requirements for the activities / accommodation. Who do I need to contact?

    I’ve made a booking and want to add more people to it?

    Go on to the site, find the activity again and add in the extra people onto the same time slot.

    Is your payment process secure?

    Absolutely. We use Sage Pay. Formerly Protx, Sage Pay provides secure payment processing with your card payments online or over the phone.

    Who am I paying?

    What can an e-voucher redeemed against?

    An e-voucher can be redeemed against all activities on the site, but not merchandise.

    Is there an expiry date on e-vouchers?

    12 months from purchase (shown on the voucher)

    How do I purchase a gift voucher for someone else?

    Go online, and purchase the voucher under your name, with your credit/debit card. You will receive a confirmation email with an e-voucher on. You can then print the e-voucher, send it on as an email, cut it out and stick it somewhere...The possibilities are endless.

    Are the e-vouchers delivered to the recipient?

    Not yet, unless you assign the email address as there’s bear in mind this will leave mention pricing and will be a ‘confirmation’.

    Can I cancel a e-voucher I’ve bought?

    When booking via our website, you may have the option to purchase a voucher for your chosen service or activity.  Vouchers issued by us are non refundable and non transferrable.  In all cases we are acting as Agent in the supply of the Voucher and your contract is with the Supplier.  Once a voucher is issued by us, you have a contract with the Supplier for the provision of the activity or service. Additional terms may be applicable to your voucher booking.  Please read them carefully before making your booking.

    Gift Vouchers- how do they work?

    You may also choose to purchase gift vouchers in fixed value sums, which can be used as payment for products and services on our website.  You will be given a code to use in order to redeem your voucher and use it as payment.

    What do I do if I’ve lost my Gift Voucher email?
